BAKED ZUCCHINI SLICES

1-2 large zucchini sliced

coconut oil

tamari

mustard to taste



Coat the baking dish with coconut oil. Put the zucchini slices in the dish. Sprinkle a few drops of tamari on each slice and then a dab of mustard. Bake at 100-150C until done.
