Hi Gia,
Bach Flower Essences are wonderful, as they help heal at the vibrational level. My own experience with them has convinced me that they really work. It is great to have such therapies that we can do ourselves. The greatest lie of medicine is that we need experts to cure our ills. While we do need medical doctors for emergencies and acute situations, we can do much more ourselves than most people think. This insight empowers us as self-healers.
